Topstep's $50k Trading Combine is their mid-tier evaluation account. At $49 per month with no promotional discounts currently available, it provides a straightforward monthly subscription model.
The evaluation requires a $3,000 profit target with a $2,000 maximum drawdown on an EOD trailing basis. The EOD trailing mechanism means your drawdown level only adjusts at the close of each trading day — a significant advantage for traders who experience normal intraday fluctuations.
Topstep requires a minimum of 2 trading days to pass. A $1,000 daily loss limit is available as an optional setting selected at checkout.
The Express Funded activation fee is $149. Once funded, Topstep pays a 90% profit split (accounts created before January 12, 2026 were grandfathered with 100% on the first $10,000). The maximum payout per request is $6,000.
